Rum Jungle Porterhouse
Rum Jungle beef is raised in the Northern Territory of Australia, where cattle graze free-range across some of the most open country on earth. The beef is processed at the Rum Jungle facility south of Darwin and is sold as halal, which is one of the reasons we chose it for Maldivian kitchens. Each porterhouse is cut bone-in, vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness, so what arrives at your door is exactly what left the plant.
